Just let it slide up the plate a little bit, like that, yeah I think so.
The photography I’ve done since the time I was a kid I had a friend who his dad had a dark room so the first time I saw a print come out I was like from this level because I was three foot two at that point and what kind of grabbed me completely at the point was this is way cool. I worked with a fashion photographer for years and years and kind of did all the preparatory work with him and I built a portfolio and started walking around with it. It just seemed like the people looking for the food where the ones that were reacting to what I had the most. Food is is a place that I could apply some of the things I want to learn in fashion. The trends change, the looks change, and it’s still lighting for texture and something to make that image jump of a page. Let’s see what that looks like.
Uh the business of food photography is a business where its a collaboration with many people. First of all the client Christie Mather um from the Para bureau. Caroline is the food stylist we worked with on all kind of different projects.
