You can use whatever tool that you prefer; any tool that you like more. Not that you have to go and buy any one of these things but I think that you should; but you know, you can use your fingers too.

A good way to see if the breasts are of the same size on the body is by looking at them from above and below, and from the sides to see if one side is sticking out more than the other o if there are different shapes. You want them to match, hard to be perfect, but you want then to be close. You probably noticed that I tend to put rather larger breasts on my dolls which is just a habit of mine, but that does not mean that you have to and you can make your initial balls smaller or do whatever you like with your doll.

I go over the torso and do more smoothing before I bake but I have some more details that I want to add first, so that would be later.
